Nice goodies you have on you're Mini.
About biggest events, watch 'evenementen' on top of the forum index.
It's a long way to travel to any event for you i assume.
IMM 2008 will be the biggest for sure but that's a long time forward.
Keep up the good work with you're Mini

No problem for me until any problem of job and work.
It's a real pleasure to come in your country. A lot of places and museum to visit. And i like to spend a good moment in the wondel park in mokum when i come.
And your beer are excellent lol
About your events and meetings, i don't find a sum up like on minifinity communautee. I'm asking when we can have opportunity to meet members of your club before the IMM in Danemark you know.
Thanks to reply.
Fun to meet new guys in love with mini in Europe.
Last time i was in Amsterdam, i have the eyes open and i saw nice cars especially a mini with an integral union jack. one regret in my last trip is that my mini was to low in order to ride on the donkeys in a lot of streets of Amsterdam. And when i saw others minis, i understood why they weren't too low ! i lost my tools to adjust my hilo

Hello !
I'm french and i will present myself to you
33 Years old and live in the east of France close to Nantes and Poitiers.
About mini...
I bought my first mini 6 years ago. I learned how to modify a mini thanks to my team of mechanics from France.
I used to find what are the betters spares necessary to improve our fabulous cars !
So in first i fited twins Hs2 with maniflow stage one.
then, i remove my 998 cc engine for a 1275 cc with a 1.5 roller rocker with stage 3 head and light verto flywheel.
But i don't forget to improve brakes thanks metro calipers and minifins (including braided hoses)
After, i chose to fit negative arms and adustable gambers and tie rods. I fited solid mountings for the front subframe and polynilon for the rear subframe. I use gas shocks like a lot of people with a hilo and rallye cones.
Last year, i fited a weber 40 dcoe with an aldon yellow and oil radiator for track days. I used to run with yokohama tyres A048.
I used to run on track. But i got a car crash last year. That's the reason why i spent my budget to rebuild my car and to repaint this one. I was disapointed cause i must build my 1380 cc engine. No choice ! So i changed all the seals/ carpet / windows...
Last week, i fited my S brakes with mintex pads. I was happy after 300 km to note they brake great. I was septic after the 4 pots calipers. Great !
Now i need to fit my hardy spicer drive shafts and later to finish to buy all the spares necessary for my engine.
I bought gb wheels in 6/10. Really lovely alloy with yokohama tyres ! I recut arches and wings and non problem in cornering.
News about my mini :w00t:
I found the tyres i wish in the last Minidays in France who took place in Thenay (organized by the Club Mini France) in September: the dunlop CR70
I had a pic of my brakes since i refurb them :
And i found my driveshafts for hardy spicer couplings !!!
I will reveive my diff cover next week with a 64 tooths crownwheel in order to have a complete 3.76.
Now i need to find a camshaft C-str930 and straight cut gear box...
It's a teddious work to find good spares ...
Of course, i need to buy a safety device roll cage too!
I have a web site for my own club : you can find a short sump up of a road trip i did in 2003 in belgium and netherland...
